Return, Replacement, and Cancellation Policy

At Labelled Rebel, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and uniqueness of each piece, tailored specifically upon order placement. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and offer the following policies to address any concerns.

Returns:

Eligibility: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Returns are not accepted for custom orders or personalised items.

Conditions: Returns are not accepted for change of mind. Returns will only be processed for items that meet our return conditions.

Replacements:

Sizing Issues: If you encounter sizing problems with your order, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product. We'll assist you in replacing the item with the correct size, subject to availability.

Defective Products: In the rare event that you receive a defective item, contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will assess the issue and, if validated, gladly replace the defective item.

Cancellation Policy:

Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once the embroidery process has commenced, cancellations cannot be accommodated due to the personalized nature of our products.

Return Process:

1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer support at support@labelledrebel.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return process.

2. Return Authorization: You will receive a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to send back your items.

3. Shipping: Pack the items securely and send them to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Refunds will be processed only for eligible items that meet our return conditions.
