RETURN POLICY

  1. Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.

  2. Items must remain unworn, unused, and in pristine condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  3. Custom and personalized pieces are not eligible for return.

  4. Returns that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing tags will not be accepted.

  5. Upon approval, our team will arrange a courier pick-up within 2 business days at your designated address.

  6. Return Inspection.

  7. The item must be securely packaged in its original condition before handover. Returns failing to meet our standards will not be accepted.

REFUND POLICY

  1. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  2. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide bank account details for the refund.

  3. Exchanges are subject to availability.

  4. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

SHIPPING POLICY
